I have a firm cancellation policy at Salon Dalon—if you cancel 48 hours-25 hours before scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the starting price of the service booked to the card on file. If you cancel 24 hours or less before scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the starting price of the service booked to the card on file. This policy will also be applied to no show appointments. *Any unexpected sickness or emergency situations will void the cancellation fee. I completely understand that things come up!*
